Our mission is to transmit comprehensive knowledge relating to corporate laws and governance among the present commerce and future corporate secretary students through conceptual learning.
To incorporate the principles in business, finance and accounting among the students through institutional training.
To recount the socio economic happenings, corporate culture, entrepreneurship success, practical application of business knowhow among the future dynamic business leaders through case studies, collaborative projects, and realworld business exposure.

To create future-ready corporate leaders equipped with knowledge, ethics, and skills to shape responsible business practices and contribute positively to society.
Applicants who have passed the Higher Secondary Examinations (Academic or Vocational Stream) conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or an Examination accepted as equivalent thereof by the Syndicate of the University of Madras are eligible for admission.
